Do you ship across India?+
Yes — we ship pan-India via Shiprocket. Most metro orders are delivered in 2–4 days; other locations in 4–7 days. Free shipping on orders over ₹999.
Do you provide GST invoices?+
Absolutely. A GST invoice is automatically generated for every order. Mention your GSTIN at checkout and it will appear on the invoice for input tax credit.
What is your return / replacement policy?+
We offer a 7-day replacement policy on manufacturing defects. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Contact support@electronixity.com with photos of the defect.
Which payment methods are accepted?+
We accept UPI (PhonePe, Google Pay, BHIM), credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), netbanking, and EMI via Razorpay. All transactions are secured by PCI-DSS.
Can I check compatibility between components before buying?+
Yes — use our free Compatibility Checker tool at /tools/compatibility to verify 3.3 V / 5 V logic levels between your board and component. More tools are in the Tools section.
Do you offer bulk or institutional pricing?+
Yes. We provide bulk discounts, Atal Tinkering Lab kits, and GST-invoiced orders for schools, colleges and startups. Use the Contact page to request a custom quote.
Can you help with 3D printing or PCB fabrication for my project?+
