1. Who we are
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Electronixity (the "Site") and any purchase you make through it. Electronixity is an online electronics and maker-supplies store operating in India, selling development boards, sensors, robotics kits, components and related services (3D printing, PCB fabrication, product development). 2. Pricing, GST & invoicing
All prices on the Site are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. A GST-compliant tax invoice is generated for every order and made available with your order confirmation / account order history. We reserve the right to correct pricing, typographical or stock-availability errors at any time, including after an order is placed; if a listed price is materially incorrect, we will contact you before processing the order and you may cancel for a full refund.
3. Order acceptance & cancellation
Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline (for example, in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability). An order is confirmed once payment is captured (or, for Cash on Delivery, once the order is placed and stock is reserved). You may request cancellation of an order at no charge any time before it has been dispatched — see the Refund & Cancellation Policy for the process and timelines once an order has shipped.
4. Payments
Online payments (UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, wallets) are processed by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We do not collect or store your card, UPI or net-banking credentials — these are handled entirely on Razorpay's secure infrastructure. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on eligible orders and PIN codes, subject to a possible COD handling fee shown at checkout. Orders paid online are marked paid only once Razorpay confirms a successful capture; in case of a failed or dropped payment your order remains pending and you can retry payment from your order page.
5. Shipping & delivery
Orders are shipped pan-India through our logistics partner network (via Shiprocket) to the address provided at checkout. Shipping charges, estimated delivery windows and serviceability by PIN code are shown before you pay — see the Shipping Policy for full detail. Risk of loss passes to the carrier on dispatch and to you on delivery; please inspect packages on receipt and record an unboxing video for high-value items (see §6).
6. Warranty & dead-on-arrival (DOA) items
Electronic components and boards are covered by the respective manufacturer's warranty where applicable. Items found dead-on-arrival must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened — see the Refund Policy for the full DOA process. Damage caused by incorrect wiring, reverse polarity, over-voltage, soldering, or physical modification (cut wires/strips, desoldered or re-mounted ICs) is not covered.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Electronixity's liability for any claim arising from your order is limited to the amount paid for the relevant product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including damage to other equipment arising from misuse of a purchased component, or delays caused by our logistics partners or events outside our reasonable control (force majeure).
8. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — text, graphics, logos, product photography and the Electronixity name and marks — is owned by or licensed to Electronixity and may not be reproduced without permission. Third-party trademarks (e.g. component or board manufacturer names) belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or an order will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts having jurisdiction over our registered place of business in India. We may update these Terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision.
