DHT11 Temperature and Humidity Sensor

The DHT11 is a basic, ultra low-cost digital temperature and humidity sensor. It uses a capacitive humidity sensor and a thermistor to measure the surrounding air and outputs a digital signal on the data pin (no analog input pins needed).

• Measures temperature and humidity
• Digital output on single data pin
• Requires careful timing; new data every 2 seconds
• Operating voltage: 3.3VDC to 5.5VDC
• Less precise and accurate than DHT22, with smaller range
